Bluelight launches FREE e-invoicing

Electronic invoicing became mandatory in KSA from 4th December last year for Phase  1, known as the Generation phase, requiring all taxpayers to generate and store tax invoices and notes through electronic solutions compliant with ZATCA requirements.

Certified by ZATCA, Bluelight Systems launched a free E-Invoicing Generator web-based solution that can be accessed easily from tablets, smartphones or any connected device. NO DOWNLOAD, NO INTEGRATIONS, HASSLE FREE.
The solution is called BLUE-Invoice and has a freemium tier for SMBs with limited number of transaction and sales.

Archiving requirement as per authority regulation is also covered.

BLUE-Invoice is ready for Phase 2 (starting from January 1st, 2023) known as the Integration phase which will involve the introduction of Phase 2 technical and business requirements for electronic invoices and electronic solutions, and the integration of these electronic solutions with ZATCA’s systems.

E-Invoicing compliance integration with existing systems is available through BLUE-Invoice Integrator, a capture solution that works with systems such as SAP Ariba, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Tally, Quickbooks, Sage, Xero and many others.
